Frances To

General Manager

Frances is the founder and General Manager of Vision PR & Promotions Ltd. Prior to forming her company in 2006, she worked as the General Manager in Thematic PR & Promotions for almost 9 years. She was responsible for the business development and strategic planning of the company. The clients were quite diverse, ranging from banking & financial institutions to property developers to large corporations and FMCGs. Some of the major clients she served include IKEA Hong Kong, New World Development, Sun Hung Kai Properties Ltd., Nikon, Sharp, Amoy, Walt Disney (HK) Ltd., Lucent Technology, and Bank of Communications.

Frances also possesses solid PR experience as the Head of Corporate Communications for almost 5 years in Chase Manhattan Bank and First Pacific Bank, where she was responsible for handling all internal & external PR affairs.

All in all, Frances is an all-round PR professional who understands the needs of clients from different industries and an expert in devising comprehensive PR & Marketing plans for clients.
